Not directly. Depends on your configuration, length of timeline, amount of movement in the timeline, encoder settings, etc.
In general I calculate about RT for CBR and 2 times RT for 2-pass VBR on a 3.4 CPU. Things change when running dual Woodcrest CPU’s. So give some more details.

It is never advisable to overclock your editing machine. Better invest in faster CPU’s than OC.

Or do both. First insert on the highest track a transparent video, add the timecode effect to that transparent video and then export using Clip notes. Here is an example:

PP 2.0 does NOT like esoteric codecs like XVid or DivX. Also these files are heavily compressed and therefore not suitable for editing.

Prododer does not wotk with PP2.0 nor is it expected soon. Draw your own conclusions.

I can’t imagine it would not work with PP 2.0. I never had problems with any ATI card, but have no personal experience with the 1300.
