I do not have a copy of Premiere PRO i’m using Pinnacle Edition at the present time.

I can’t imagine it would not work with PP 2.0. I never had problems with any ATI card, but have no personal experience with the 1300.

So download a trial version. This is a perfect example of why they allow a trial version in the first place.
