Does anyone know what is keeping the last model at
3GB max ram? I have one with the stock 2GB of ram.
Can I not just replace that ram with two new
sticks, 2GB each in the two slots for a total of
4GB? Or is there some limit set within the hardware?

They could have the focus follow where ever the mouse pointer is placed on the screen just from hovering.

    the dumbest

when I click on a button in the header of a window and focus does not go there. such as being in the browser and then clicking on a button in the header of the timeline window and I am still in the browser with no effect. I have to always click in a window first to give it focus and then click a button. Very stupid. Extra steps. And the buttons in the timeline have effect on other windows. Why? I put buttons on the timeline header to effect the timeline, but they will effect the Canvas if it has focus. Dumb. I put buttons in the Canvas header for the canvas. The timeline buttons should not effect the Canvas.

My apologies. I thought I had to login. It’s playing now. Thank you.

Seems impossible to watch after waiting three days, trying multiple tines, providing a valid email address and name to register. They never activate new registered visitors. You sure it’s not a scam to collect email addresses for other reasons?

It is understood that the AJA I/O HD has the “hardware” for the Apple prores codec. I think that Chris is asking (if I am wrong, then I am asking) does the AJA LH provide the ability to use the prores codec as a capture preset just like it now offers DVCproHD as a choice. Or is it a case that the AJA LH employs “hardware” for us to now capture DVCproHD from HDV where I am thinking it was just a software driver conversion?

Make the person with the piece of wood who broke the monitor replace it with a new one.

I only see FCP 6 and Motion 3. Where are the manuals for the other apps in FCS 2?

I am very confused by this statement made by Budrick21 earlier on this very long thread.
