Try this: When creating a new project, select this 720 30p preset if there´s no 60p, go to personalize section in the same window to configure this proyect preset, and change framerate to 60p, don´t really know if premiere will allow you to do this with this concrete preset, but he does with the 720 50p preset which allows me to edit 720 25p (native) footage recorded with my Panasonic P2 HVX200.

It has to be done in Adobe ENCORE DVD not in Adobe Media Encoder; from the Adobe Media Encoder you export the video and audio streams separately, but you join them in ENCORE DVD which comes with is included in Adobe Creative Suite or in the Adobe Premiere Pro Family.

Perhaps this avi is compressed with the divx codec, and this type of avi files don´t work well in PP. Converting it to other format will be your best chance, avi DV for example. I work with Procoder3, but you could do this with any freeware like Mpeg Streamclip or Media Coder.

The problem is that you where exporting in mpeg2 (DVD) in demux mode, so video and audio streams are separated into two different files, m2v for video and probably ac3, aiff/wav for audio. You have to select DVD mux, so you´ll obtain an .mpg file with contains both video and audio streams muxed in one file. Angelo´s settings are fine for Mac, but you could choose h264 instead of quicktime too, so you´ll export an .mp4 file instead of .mov, better for Youtube as i have noticed.

I would export from PP in demux mode, with separated video and audio streams. Then join them all in Adobe EncoreDVD or Architect to toast the DVD. Each audio stream must be mixed with all the soundtrack layers (voice, music, sfx, etc…) so first export once with the first lenguage layer selected (second lenguage layer disabled), and then export again only audio with the second lenguage layer enabled (first lenguage layer disabled now).

Your original sequence is in NTSC 30fps as it shows in the pictures, so if you export with the same settings it will be ok for Vimeo. If your original footage is 1280×720 25p, only change Vimeo HD NTSC preset from 29,97 fps to 25 fps and keep all the same settings.

Try deleting media cache in the preference settings and playback in 1/2 resolution.

I don´t know any way to automate clips to different sequences in PP, think the only way to do this is manually.

Ok, sorry i misunderstood you. Perhaps you´ll find usefull making backups in this shared drive with Proyect Manager (Proyect menu/Proyect Manager), selecting the copy all media in new folder option you´ll have all the necessary files to rebuild the proyect in other machine.
