    Me again

Forgot to add that if you want an animated LOGO, just create one in Vegas and render it in a format that will accept transparency. I use the .MOV format. This way you can drop it in any video clip and move it around as you please.

    Cheers !

    Hi Runar

Your best bet would be to create your own LOGO or ID with something like Photoshop or similar and then save it as a PNG so that your LOGO background becomes transparent. This way, you can size it, change the level of transparency and move it anywhere you want.

As for your text going black, I am not sure what you mean by that. The font colour changes, it blends into a black background, etc… ?

    Cheers !

    Hi Jeanne

Is it possible that your files were on a removable media ? Maybe the camera itself ?

    Hi Jerry

Can you supply MediaInfo on the original footage that you shot ?

Everything depends on the settings you had when you shot your material.

    Cheers !

    Hi Nathan

Well, unless you can spare mega gazillion dollars on very expensive professional software, with trained tech/operator, the best you can hope for when you have multi generation footage is to clean out the noise.

    Cheers !

    Hi John

Is the original clip 24 fps exactly ? or is it something like 23.(decimals) ?

That is why MediaInfo is useful, it tells you exactly what the frame rate is and a whole lot more.

Vegas doesn’t like files that have a variable or weird frame rate. Try converting your file to a constant frame rate with software like Handbrake.

    Cheers !

    Hi John

Frame size is only one thing. Is that end result from the original file on your phone or is this from after it was dropped in Vegas ?

MediaInfo on the original file would help.
