Render Settings for a TV Commercial . . .
I just finished my first :30 for TV. The TV station provided the following file options (see below). Which of these three choices should I select? I shot this footage (AVCHD) on my Panasonic GH5. Thanks for your feedback. Also, a line by line breakdown of the render settings would be greatly appreciated.

Can you supply MediaInfo on the original footage that you shot ?
Everything depends on the settings you had when you shot your material.
