    Hi Eric

Got this from the Route Generator Web Site. It might help:

I was getting reports of people, having problems with the conversion of Bmp2Avi and/or the quality of the output movie being low. From Route Generator version 1.7.1, FFmpeg is used as default generator, which is much better in encoding HD video’s. Thanks to Kyle Schwarz the builder of the Zeranoe FFmpeg Windows builds.
Tip: Always make sure that the resolution of the background map is equal to the resolution of the source movie itself.

    Cheers !

    Hi Azure

Just to add to Paul‘s comment, start fresh grouping wise. You could a Ctl-A (select all) and then Ungroup (U). Bear in mind that everything will be ungrouped, even the audio that matches the video tracks. You can then Group (G) the ones that need to be grouped.

But before you do that, check if your track headers are not all or partially selected as Graham hinted. I don’t know which version of Vegas you are using but it would be very similar to this if they are selected:

And like this once they are unselected:

    Hi Jorma

That’s what threw me off. For some reason what I was looking at in the first pages didn’t carry over to the billing page… and yes, I did mean Sonic Foundry. My bad. I had just finished working with Soundforge from Sonic Foundry. I still have a pretty good library of music and sound effects from back then,

    Cheers !

    Hi Robert

I think you got me wrong. I do not wish to cancel my order. I am quite happy with the product. My goal was to point out that there was a shortcoming in the Magix‘s website regarding purchases that could easely be fixed and until that happens, let others know about that particular shortcoming and act accordingly. It’s not a software problem but a marketing one.

As I mentioned in my original post, there are at least 20 or so countries with the dollar as the name of their currency excluding the american dollar (Australia, Canada, Hong Kong, Jamaica, Liberia, New Zealand, etc…) It’s not that hard to add the countries symbol in front of the $ sign. ( US$, C$, A$, NZ$, etc…)

It is a global world after all.

    Cheers !

    Hi George

It was roughly a 70$ difference. Not crazy but annoying.

February 15, 2019 at 6:58 pm in reply to: Outputting or Converting to .mov

    Hi Jay

First off, a .MOV is just a container.

    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/QuickTime

In my case, when a customer asks for a .MOV, I ask for complete specs on what type of file he/she needs. If they are unsure, I usually ask for the end use of the file and go from there.

Fortunately Vegas has a good variety of video format options. Get some more details and get back to us.

    Cheers !

    Hi Robert

Have you tried with GPU disabled ? Was there a recent upgrade of the GPU driver ? Any recent changes software/hardware wise ?
