  • good question! ive wondered the same thing – the best thing ive found is to set display to isoparms, simple shading and lower display detail… but thats obviously a pain to switch on and off…

    anyone?

    – yes, and check the other options for that platonic object – bucky is really helpful for these soccerball type forms

    I guess u solved this already Josh 😉 – but for anyone else with same prob – I managed to sort it by using the pathfinder in illustrator – but would be interested in an easier solution,

    this is an old thread – but just had to tackle this problem – so might help…

    bascially use a mograph selection of the individual clone and apply a (BorW) material just to that selection – export as described…

    Its 35 degrees here again today – with no A.C. – which doesnt help my already waning concentration. Actually ive decided to move on from that problem and workaround it.

    But of course I have another issue now – so ill repost a new thread 🙂
