  • If you can contact support at NewBlue and give us a precise sequence that fails, we can certainly test it. We’d also need to learn many more details and could do that via e-mail.

AJ, please make sure you’re on the current version of Titler Pro. If you contact support, we can also provide you with direct assistance.

Michal, please contact NewBlue support. Include the version/build of Titler Pro you have installed, the video card, and the exact driver version – simply saying “the latest” doesn’t mean anything as many people have told me they have “the latest” when, in fact, it’s a really old version and they tried to use the driver’s “check for updates” which told them none was available.

Any current ATI or nVidia card should work fine but you do also need a current driver. If you have an acceptable card but a driver from 2009, that won’t work. Please make sure you have a reasonably current card and a current video driver and it should work fine.

  • It could also be an old driver version.

What card did you have before?

  • A comment to which I thoroughly disagree. Yes, you do need a reasonably current video card and up-to-date video driver but it works very well on the vast majority of systems.

  • If you have an older version of Titler Pro 1 installed (i.e. a version released before Vegas Pro 12), it will show a watermark in Vegas Pro 12. If you install the current version (just go to “check for updates”), that version will not show a watermark in Vegas Pro 12 as long as you are using the OpenFX version.

You can get the current version by going back to the link provided to you by Sony. Just download from this page:

I can honestly say I have not seen anything like this happen unless I had not saved the project before exiting. Can you duplicate this happening again?

That means that the parameters will not change at all between that keyframe and the next keyframe. Then it will jump to the new settings at the next keyframe. If it is not hold, the settings will gradually change from the first keyframe setting to the next keyframe’s settings.

  • You have to add the reverb effect. Those three are the default ones on the track. You have to add reverb.
