Flash Remover doesn’t actually “remove” a frame. It will copy the previous “good” frame over the “bad” frame so the time length will be exactly the same.

With Excalibur, you can adjust the speed of a clip and have it adjust the length of the clip to match the new speed at the same time.

BTW, you’ll be better off if you don’t use the “brightness & contrast” filter. There are much better effects in Vegas to achieve the basic same task without just globally lightening or darkening every pixel in the frame.

Click the “Split Screen” button above the preview screen to turn off that option. Then look it up in the help file to see how useful it can really be.

Just click on the video track header and drag it to wherever you want the track to be. You can reorder the tracks however you want.
