Do you have any WFM displays turned on? If so, turn those off, and you’ll find it plays at 30.
If you can’t live without the WFM(s), you can also try turning on the Real Time Proxy mode on the config tab. On my dual quad core 2.26Ghz 2009 Mac, that works, and I can add some nodes of correction and maintain 30 FPS playback speed with a WFM turned on. But you’ll be able to do more nodes without the WFM, and then you can also turn off the proxy mode.

What I read into the responses above (perhaps incorrectly) was that Blase was using Option r, but it was only toggling Cache All on and off. If someone else running 7.0.2 could try Option r and report what they see, that might be helpful.

On my system, Option r toggles through all the cache modes.
I should add that I am running software 7.0.3 beta 2, and it’s possible that if you are running an earlier version, like 7.0.2, maybe it has that problem. I did not have a chance to load that back in and test that.

The Option key + R key will toggle the render cache modes.
Currently, there appears to be an issue in 7.0.2 with Cache ALL mode, so I would recommend you not use that right now.

The Mac keyboard up and down arrow keys will toggle all corrections on and off.

This is not detailed in the manual yet. But on the WFM display, if you click the button below the Grid Intensity slider (the button has an icon that looks like a crossed hammer and wrench) you will get a pop up widget that will allow you to select the bit depth of the WFM (8, 10 or 12) and you can set the high and low clip points.
However, as Rohit mentioned at the same time I was posting, the LUT would be better. Because while you can set the upper and lower clip points on the WFM display, the video monitoring setting of full range data or legal video, is actually scaling the video, not just clipping it at video levels, as the WFM clips would.

Resolve on Mac will work with the new DaVinci Resolve panels (USB) and a number of third party panels – specifics still to be published as its an ongoing project. Tangent Wave was shown at NAB in its first iteration. Other third party USB and Ethernet panels will follow.No legacy DaVinci 2K network panels or Ethernet Resolve panels will be supported on Mac.
Resolve on Linux will work with the new DaVinci Resolve panels (USB) and the legacy DaVinci 2K Network panels. There is no third party panel support for Resolve on Linux.
