I am encoding files to then re-enter the finished file back into a project – I tried stacking Veg files but it just is to much a load on the system. So I am trying to render out in a format that is a s lossless as possible for the final rendered project.

I am encoding to Cineform 1920×1080 30P “High”
    New Blue – Soft Focus
    New Blue – Chromakey
    new Blue – Color Swap
    Sony – Color Correct (secondary)

I had two Black magic Intensity Pro cards that never have worked consistently with Vegas and never was able to get a response or help. They worked inadvertently, Not sure if there is just a conflict with vegas – I tried the cards in my MAC Pro they worked fine. But now I use matrox MX02 Mini max for my Mac, so they are sitting on my shelf.

Gear shift works in 11 (if) you have vegas 9 still installed. same with production assitant 1. If you have vegas 9 on your machne you can install them useing V 9 and then it shows up in your V10 and V11. not suggesting to go that that trouble but it works. So I leave V 9 on my machine untill we have an update

a problem expanding multitrack editing back to multitrack –
Vegas 11 VERY unresponsive – it took multiple clicking back and forth to get the option to expand multitrack – and the switching between cameras was extremely unresponsive – had to hit the camera numbers over and over to get it to switch – with either mouse on screen or useing keyboard number pad – same footage works great on my vegas 10??

I just noticed something else – may be unrelated – My ram usage was up at about 7GB and processors were 100 % . After I tried to view the file rendered my RAM usage with nothing running stayed at 7GB use untill I shut down vegas and then start it up again.

But the skiiping is bad – now one thing I have done was installed adobe CS5.5 could that have caused a conflict?
