Found the answer on another Forum, It was a VST plugin causing the delay, so I deleted it, it was not enough to bypass it, still cause delay, so deleted it finish the edit then applied the VST and it worked out ok, Little work around

These are not 32 bit codecs any more. That limitation only applies to the old QT framework, where NLEs relied on the system to do the handling for them. Since then, all major NLEs have already replaced the codec handling with own routines (or are based on the new AVR in MacOS).

Short version: all codecs which are officially supported by Resolve will also work under Catalina.
Some might be limited to Studio, though, but I think that only applies to Windows.

It is OS related. As long as you stay with Mojave OS you are safe, it is the last OS to support the 32bit codecs. Apple does not speak to DR on their OS Just FCPX. I have not found any specific yea or nay on DR, yet.

or just trial and error?
When i do find it or them, is there a way to disable them for davinchi only, so they do not affect my other programs or will I have to lose them?

Got It- Thank You took some figuring but, got it and was able to rescue the Audio. I also ordered sound forge for MAC it will do what I need incase I need to do again!

Is there a problem with Keyframes not being accurate in Fairlight? My Keframes are accurate in Timeline but bizzare and random in placement in Fairlight.?
