I am running DR Studio 16.3b3 all is well. So I ventured into downloading Studio 17 and it does not accept my Video Card – AMD Radeon Pro WX 7100 8GB 256 Bit GDDR5? I updated Drivers and according to DR Specs it should work? Any Ideas?

    Thank You

    Specs:

    I7 7820X 3.6Ghz
    32GB Ram
    HP Z24 G2
    Windows 10 Pro
    Radeon Pro WX7100
    8 GB Vram

    Hello,

Please be more specific. “it does not accept my Video Card” is vague. Does Resolve give an error? Does it not completely load?

Likely you mean it cant see the GPU and so doesnt run at all?

if so, thats probably GPU driver.

if you mean deckLink, you need the new Desktop video driver

By the way, the latest is not always the greatest when it comes to drivers and Desktop Video. In addition to that, the drivers from the manufacturer are often better than the Microsoft drivers.

    Take it EZ,

    Robert
