Hi, To my knowledge, it isn’t possible. You can set your second display to show the viewer if it is a computer display connected to your Mac with HDMI or DCI, and you can see bigger in full screen.

Most SSDs are pretty fast these days. They have a speed of more than 2000MB per second which is enough almost for any work you need. What is better than an SSD, is SSD RAID, a bunch of SSDs working together as one. You can check OWC, Sandisk, and Glyph for these raids.

Each has its pros and cons. After several tests, I think everybody finds the best one for himself.

    Hi,

First of all, I wonder why you need it. 🙂

If you already have Final Cut Pro or Premiere Pro you can use these two or their companions Apple Compressor or Adobe Media Encoder. You can also try Shutterencoder or Davinci Resolve for free. There is also Edit Ready.

The first thing that comes to my mind is Prores LT. That’s not a codec I prefer. I had similar problems many years ago with just regular clips with no effects. I am not sure but can you try it with another video with another codec and see the result?

Never had that kind of problem. Even on a slow iMac, it plays very well. What are the properties of the video, 4K, 50P, etc. maybe it is a processor-intensive codec. Maybe you just need a restart. 🙂

Neat video is very good for noise reduction but never used it for flickering. My biggest problem with Neat Video is it is too heavy, you can’t ever playback without rendering. It is better to try both and see for yourself.

Well, in my opinion, it is Digital Anarchy Flicker Free. You should try the trial version and test it before buying but I believe it will fix almost all your flicker problems.

    Hi,

I don’t know how to do it in Fusion but as you need a still shot of the clock, you can export a frame, change the hands in Photoshop, and import it into your timeline. For the actor crossing you have to mask it. To be honest I don’t know Fusion’s capabilities for that but you may export that section and do it in After Effects.

    Hi,

That’s not normal behavior. That option only appears if you applied Color Enhance to a clip or Color Balance is checked in your import settings.
