First of all, I wonder why you need it. 🙂

If you already have Final Cut Pro or Premiere Pro you can use these two or their companions Apple Compressor or Adobe Media Encoder. You can also try Shutterencoder or Davinci Resolve for free. There is also Edit Ready.

good point. i think for some reason a long time ago i decided edit ready

was easier to use than compressor.

Have not tried Compressor in a long time.

Each has its pros and cons. After several tests, I think everybody finds the best one for himself.
