Sorry didn’t see your post. I was replying to Gabriel’s post about what they told him too…Its far to early to be awake on a sunday morning.
Just to add, I believe they still use some of their 2k’s for dailies work but everything else is Resolve for final finishing.

I’m a bit of a Company 3 / Stefan fanboy myself 🙂

Hey Josh,
There is no way to export tracking data from Resolve.
I hope this helps!

Hey Adam,
Just to let you know we do offer almost 24 hour support. We have DaVinci support offices in Singapore, The UK (thats me!) and LA.
Between us we offer free support from any of our phone numbers or by mail at davincihelp@blackmagic-design.com
So please do send me (us) and email or call and I’ll do my best to help you out asap.
Also depending on your location I can put you in contact with a local dealer that may be able to offer you direct support.
I hope this helps!
Thanks,

Hey Rick,
Can you try doing an Export + of the project?
You can do this on the Config page by right clicking the project name.
It exports the whole project with stills etc.. and should help you keep your work if your having any saving issues.
Hope this helps.

October 14, 2011 at 9:26 pm in reply to: how to fit resolve to a 15inch mac book pro screen? Not closed just out of solutions I’m afraid.
The only suggestion I could give you is to plug in an external monitor with a higher resolution.
I hope this helps!
Thanks,

October 14, 2011 at 4:28 pm in reply to: how to fit resolve to a 15inch mac book pro screen?Hey Prathvish
With the 8.1 Release we have added Support for Early 2011 MacBook Pro 15” with 1680×1050 display. At the moment we do not have any support for any lower Resolution screens.
It may be possible to adjust your screen but I don’t have any help or info in this area i’m afraid.
Thanks!

Hey Michael,
How many projects do you have in the database?
We recommend always doing a backup of your current database before an update just to be safe.
Please drop me a mail on davincihelp@blackmagic-design.com and i’ll do my best to help you out!
