I’ve seen this on occasion.
What I did:
Adjusted the audio ever so slightly right where there is the issue, like in my case, there were several audio snippets close together and over lapping. Try changing a fade.
Export the audio on it’s own to a mixdown track. Bring it back in.
Duplicate the sequence and remove all the audio and replace with the mixdown track.Export out of Pr instead of send to cue in AME.

You can lay out to tape right from the sequence in Pr when you have an I/O device.

Try making a 24p sequence in Pr.
Drop your clip in there and render, play, export, you might find it works fine.Chris

.prores for a file extension is new to me. Prores is the codec. They should be .MOV files.
What did your files from?

Export – choosing the DVD mpeg2 option. Once the DVD compliant files are ready, import them into Adobe Encore or your choice app for Disc authoring.

You can use 24p footage in a 30p edit and not have any speed change…

Hummmm, Now, your sequence settings match your clips?
Also, try another render with the keyframe interval set to 24.
