Basically u shoot high frame rate ie: 60 fps and then play back in your time line at 29.97 or 24 fps (for example) thus giving you slo-mo.

Or reverse process for sped up.

Did you use P2CMS to bring the clips off the P2 Card and onto the hard drive first?

If the text isn’t Fully rendered it will be jittery on playback sometimes. Does it have a Green bar above it?

How are you converting to wmv?

Render your AE grfx DV50.
Drop ur DV footage into a DV50 Timeline.
Render.
View Ext. monitor.

Delete the renders off the boot drive.
Reset scratch drive.
re-render.

Expect long render times.

Convert ur camera files to prorez.
Edit prorez.
Export Current settings (make a ref file).

Drop this file into compressor or ur fav compression software.
Make h.264 mov file for upload.

render overnite if u have to.
