Make sure the audio tracks are active. There are those little switches on the left.

If you want 16×9 you must export using QuickTime conversion. In there you can select 16×9.

Yes, but don’t forget your scopes, I use the waveform monitor to check black and white levels. Also, you might try the broadcast safe filter and see what that does to your levels.

Use your scopes to check your levels. Different stations will have different requirements, you need to check with each.

I agree with Walter, 20 point Helvetica would be the smallest I would use. Arial is okay too.

That is not too bad, you could just duplicate the layer and put a garbage matte around the nose, and color correct accordingly.

I use a 1TB 2 drawer Firmtek RAID. Works great.

You can always shoot your own, or have a friend shoot some.

If your audio was recorded at 32 you should either export it at 48 or set up your sequence in FCP at 32.
