Cut your clip before the point where it runs out of media. You may have relinked to a shorter clip or retimed the clip. Difficult to say without more information.

Is it rgb vs smpte levels related? I use an aja card so can’t help with the blackmagic but with the aja control panel you can override premiere sequence settings and use control panel settings. This is a preference within premiere.

Upgrade your computer and software (use cc). Depending on your budget there are lots of options. I’d look at HP Z workstations, decent ram, processors, gfx card and also fast storage.

As a test could you convert the clips to pro res and then try exporting? I’ve never tried an flv in premiere so that would be my suspicion. I know it doesn’t freeze at the same point but I suspect it’s media related, assuming you’ve checked the obvious like disk space, also what codec are you rendering to?

I sometimes get better results with stabilise only and position scale rotation (not subspace warp), but Ann is right it doesn’t work for every scenario.

I’m not in front of my computer so can’t look at it but I would just use the track tool and snap it to the audio.

I would keep it all in a 1080p sequence. Psf is designed to transport a p signal on an i tape. Do your edit if you need to deliver an i file export the sequence as i. The Canon shots true p as far I know. I haven’t worked with black magic hardware only aja so can’t help with the codec. Hope that helps.
