I would query this with whoever supplied the file, it could be a font for example..

What is the file extension of the files you are trying to import? Also are you importing via media browser.

I would copy all your clips from your 23.98 timeline into a 24fps timeline. Check timings and export as 24 Fps, hopefully that will work.

I didn’t realise but the standalone rolling shutter repair effect is also available in premiere.

Yes but the rolling shutter repair effect in ae has more controls which I find can help in certain circumstances.

You need to refer to their technical specifications/deliverables document. Alot of stations vary in their requirements, particularly with lineup.

That’s why i said burn the speed effects in. I use speedgrade so fortunately I don’t have this issue now direct link to speedgrade is available with CC, sorry I can’t be more of more help.
