ya no need to waste time with another app.
Premiere has excellent bicubic resizing and gpu accelerated to boot.
Something I always wanted but could never have in Final Cut Pro 7.x and below.

Matt, I would go with the panasonic plasma.
I know that this model: TH-42BT300U is considered reference
grade and meets or exceeds specifications for broadcast spec accuracy.You would definitely want it calibrated by an ISF specialist though.

ha ha Tim, I had the 19″ version prior to switching it out for the PVM.
Really puzzled me why it had higher resolution but only did SD.

Matt, right now in the creative cow classifieds forum is
a 14″ Sony PVM-14L5. It has analog component in and

I’m upgrading to Flanders sometime, but use a 19″ & 14″ PVM L5
for color correction in my 2 suites. -

it’s something in your project.
CC has been VERY snappy and stable, faster/smoother than CS 6 in my experience.

It’s not that complicated once you do it in CC.
It’s not worth using in it’s current state though, unless
you do the edit then export it immediately.with the bug and it is a SERIOUS one, after you save, close
then re-open all the footage is out of place. = hours of work flushed down the proverbial toilet.word is Adobe is hard at work to get it fixed on the first update.

no, if I have to do that, I prefer to send it to audition.
But most projects I do end up going to pro tools via omf.
I just find it slightly annoying the master track cannot
be removed…it’s really not that vital. -
Are you talking about Media encoder exports?
open AME CS6, just above the presets on the right pane there are a few buttons.
one of them is export…hit that and it will prompt you where to export
them to. all of them will end up in that folder you pick.Open AME CC, then pick the import button and select all.
I did notice any presets having to do with MPEG2 codec would not import into CC version of AME,
because that part has changed a bit, so those you would need to recreate.I just did screen shots of them.

do a google search for resetting cs6 preferences.
you hold a key down while launching it…not sure which one.
also before that, do a repair permissions in mac disk utility.
