It seems there is a problem with the Mercury Playback Engine on my MBP. I turned it off and switched to software only mode, and now CPU is screaming at 750% on export and estimated time is about 8 times faster

Thanks for the feedback. Adjustment layers won’t work because that applies to everything under it, not to a single track, and I don’t want the same effect on every clip in the timeline.

I’m not interesting in roundtripping to AE. PPRO works fine, just looking for some shortcutting within it.

Nesting seems like it’s probably the best option. I’ll play around with that idea.

Not sure why, but it’s working now. I opened another project with different media type, and then re-opened this one and now it works.

Hi Shane, the other editor had his laptop stolen. I have the media, and I’m actually just trying to find a handful of shots. I have a couple hundred shots and I’m on a tight deadline so I don’t have time to sort through all of it to find the 2 second shots I need. I assumed the XML from the previous cut would point me to the clips I want… but maybe not?
