Anyone willing to convert FCP7 project file to XML for me?
I have an FCP7 project file from another editor that I’m trying to bring into Premiere. I only have FCP6. Is anyone willing to spit out an XML for me? I would greatly appreciate it – and can throw you a tip via Paypal.

Not sure it will work right without the media present. I mean, we can export the XML, but it won’t reference the media as it won’t be online when we do the conversion.
I think. I’m only guessing. Seems like the media would need to be present.
Why can’t that other editor simply make the XML themselves?

Hi Shane, the other editor had his laptop stolen. I have the media, and I’m actually just trying to find a handful of shots. I have a couple hundred shots and I’m on a tight deadline so I don’t have time to sort through all of it to find the 2 second shots I need. I assumed the XML from the previous cut would point me to the clips I want… but maybe not?

I thought FCP 6 had XML export up to type 4?
Premiere Pro will read XML type 4 no problem.
