February 12, 2018 at 12:17 pm in reply to: Final Effects Complete no visible with Adobe CC2017This is certainly unexpected. We’ll test it out in our lab and let you know. We may need to know which version of Final Effects do you have and is it Adobe version? (There is also one for AVX).

I’m guessing that you purchases 60 Title Animations. These should have .grf extension and they should be compatible with Graffiti and RED. If you are still not finding them, please contact support at support@borisfx.com or via a web form:
https://borisfx.com/pages/open-a-case
so that on Monday, someone from our support group will help you out. Sorry for your trouble.

This is not something we’ve seen here but to be sure, are you using on-screen XYZ gimbals or parameter sliders? Is this in Avid, Adobe or OFX? If you save your Title Studio project and send it to support@borisfx.com we may be able to look into this further.
Best!

Dear Time Blane,
A thousand apologies for less than smooth Black Fri. experience with discount codes. Some of our customers reported a similar problem and our staff was working round the clock on the holiday weekend to help those in need. I’m happy to know that you got help on Sunday. The response to our holiday promo was overwhelming not only for the team but for the web store software as well. We’ll strive to improve the webstore for future promotions. I hope everyone got the software they want for the price they like!
Happy holidays!

October 16, 2014 at 7:50 pm in reply to: Does BCC Image Restoration Unit Work w/ RED 5.5Magic Sharp, a filter new to the recent BCC9 release, is our latest sharpening tool. It is superior to any Unsharp Mask method common to most compositing products, RED 5 included. It is better run as a native BCC filter, meaning right from your NLE or compositor.
If you need to reduce noise, do it before the sharpening stage. Otherwise you will be sharpening noise as well as useful features.
Hope this helps.

September 22, 2014 at 6:27 pm in reply to: Avid subscription model means I lose boris? We recommend to upgrade to latest Boris versions to stay current but you should be able to run your existing software in MC8. Of course you’ll be missing any new features and bug fixes.
Good luck.

The best way to insure that interpolation takes place is to select that last keyframe (it turns red) when before changing color value.
Also, note that there are two color controls for text. One is in the Text window under fill tab. This one is selection based and not interpolatable. The other is in the Controls window under fill, but you need to select the text Face track in timeline. Hope this picture will help.
Also note that RGB color interpolation may not be what you expect. To fade yellow to black I would use opacity control on the text layer. Hope this helps

No, we do not offer a tool to warp layers in RED but there is a Warp filter in BCC, part of BCC Warp Unit that allows you to warp a layer based on spline control points.

Hope this helps
