Yes it is possible .. go to the texture axis tool and you can move, scale or rotate the texture accordingly …

    Ronny,

I put together a scene file using the formula effector on color mode .. It works as it is supposed to on a cloner but not on a fracture object .. The object index seem to be messed up after disconnecting the plane in the fracture object and i can’t figure out why ..

Changing the polygon index in structure manager doesn’t seem to work either ..

If you break up planes in separate objects(polygon groups to objects) and then change the position of first plane in the hierarchy to the last then it works ..

    Here’s the scene file :

September 30, 2013 at 2:57 pm in reply to: Using pen tool with camera movements

    Chaitanya Jadhav,

The path won’t respond to the camera movement as it is a 2d layer .. for the path to work with the camera movement you have to the path layer 3d by clicking on the cube icon from the layer switches ..

Even if you make it a 3d layer if your 3d object is a complex shape it will mess things up as the path itself would always be in 2d space ..

Simplest solution in my opinion would be to precompose your camera and 3d object and then create the path in the composition containing that precomp …

September 23, 2013 at 9:31 am in reply to: cinema4d cloth and aftereffects composit

You should render out a uv pass from cinema 4d and apply your texture later during compositing in after effects .. this way u can change ur textures in after effects itself without the need to re-rendering the whole scene ..

Here have a look at this tutorial :

August 9, 2013 at 11:47 am in reply to: After effects CC – Exporting Still Frames

    Scott,

For this to work you have to first make a template of the output settings that you wish to save the single frame in .. For eg. in your case a jpeg .. Than you have to have that selected as the default output module for the Frame default ..

    Here have a look ..

After doing this everytime you save a still it will save in that output module ..
