You can duplicate your render settings a few times and change the frame range in each in of the settings .. and than assign these render settings to different renders in your render queue..

First of all you need to have the textures that are missing .. check in the folder of the project that u downloaded .. Then u can go to project Info,under textures tab u can see all the textures that are used in this project and u can easily relink the missing ones ..

Are you using GI in render settings .. ?
seems like a GI problem .. try using full animation mode in GI settings ..

The spline dynamics and rigid body dynamics cannot interact with each other .. so as far as i know it wont be possible to drive the bell with spline dynamics …
Alternatively you can use combination of springs and spline dynamics to fake the behaviour of spline dynamics driving rigid body ..

What you are referring to is called camera projection … google it and you will find lots of tutorials .. Greyscalegorilla has one too ..

Precomping text solves the problem … you just have to make the precomp a 3d layer and animate the camera in the main comp which contains your precomp … also make sure that your roughen edges effect is on the text layer in the precomp and not on the precomp itself ..

Could be done with turbulence FD plugin for cinema4d .. you can try searching youtube for some tutorials ..
