Don’t use “None”, use uncompressed or ProRes. None is a very old codec that’s basically obsolete. You can get the same quality with smaller file sizes using 8 bit uncompressed. 10 bit should be better (no banding, but larger file sizes).

I think that Specsoft’s Rave does something like this with the dual-link SDI inputs on a single Kona 3 or Xena 2k. On their Linux based system with proprietary software & their own custom written driver for the Kona/Xena card.

You can do this easily with a TimeX node in Shake. You create a simple formula for the frames you want & plug it into the node in Shake & send that output to a fileout to render.

If the room was lit with fluorescent lights, that’s typical. It’s also a problem. Take a look at the Furnace plugins from the Foundry. They have a flicker plugin just for this kind of thing.

This is just a playout setting on your Kona. Just like adding 2:3 pulldown for 24p to 60i. In your case, the pulldown is in whole frames, not in fields.
Edit in a 720 24p timeline, but set your playback to 720 60p.
