The simplest thing is for you to add pulldown to the 24P to make it into 30i. I think you can use Nattress Film Effects for this, and I also think you can use Compressor for this. Try Compressor, while that’s exporting your test download the Nattress FE demo and then try that.

I regularly online films as 1080 10 bit uncompressed, and I rarely have to render for most of my work.
Dissolves, titles, even lower thirds usually play in realtime. They may drop frames and play at half res while playing back for review, but I don’t care about review. To see full res, I can simply stop, scrub through, maybe render short sections.
We fully render timelines before exporting or layoff, though.

Next time you’re in New York, you must go to Roni-Sue’s Chocolate in the Essex Market on the Lower East Side. Roni-Sue has successfully made chocolate truffles with pickles- garlic pickles from Guss’ Pickles. They’re not for everyone, but they were surprisingly good. Not a regular item, though. She also does bacon truffles.
Afterwards, you should go to Katz’ deli for a pastrami sandwich that may very well change your life.

Make sure that the motion blur is actually turned on. I think it may be off by default.

Are you monitoring this on a PAL video monitor? Your FCP manual has a series of diagrams that show you different options to hook up a TV or monitor to your Mac.

How are you adding your text? What are your sequence settings?

Are they all in the same place on the drive? FCP will find them much more easily if they’re all in one folder.
Do your clip names match the file names? If they don’t you’ll have trouble finding them once FCP loses the connection.

You have a very, very big problem. You’re going to have a very long render at the end of this. Do you have a day or more for your final render?
If your final delivery is in 60i, there’s not much sense in shooting 50i. You’ll have to live with lower image quality and cadence issues from the frame rate conversion.
If you’re on a tight deadline, delivering in HDV requires a very long render at the end, even more so with your frame rate conversion. You can pick up an extra day or more if you can change your delivery format.
If this were my project, I’d cut it at 1080i50, then take and uncompressed or ProRes export to a shop with a Teranex or Alchemist to do the conversion to 1080i60. They may even have a pro HDV deck to lay it off onto.

There’s a problem with one of your plugins. You’ll have to figure out which filter on which clip by turning them off one at a time until the sequence exports.
