Thanks for your report. I assume you are talking about Audio sync (auto) based on timecode.
Are you able to provide some details on what type of video/audio files you are syncing? Also it would be useful if you are able to share a project export (prior to syncing) and we can take a look here.
Thanks,

September 30, 2014 at 4:08 am in reply to: Resolve doesn’t grade some of rendered framesHi Maksym,
Could you check if the Resolve dongle is properly plugged in?
If you continue to see the issue even after re-seating the dongle, please contact Blackmagic Support. It would be useful to have logs along with your report. You can do this by running CaptureLogs.bat (inside C:\Program Files\Blackmagic Design\DaVinci Resolve\CaptureLogs.bat) and sending us the zip file saved on your desktop.
Thanks,

Hi Frank,
These appear to be DPX v2.0 images (as compared to v1.0). The order of the channels in v2 are BGR and in v1.0 are RGB. It appears that the files are being generated as v2.0 but the order of the channels is RGB instead of BGR.
You should be able to correct these by swapping the R and the B channels in the RGB mixer. You can do this on node one of the affected files prior to any other grades.
Thanks,

Hi Prathvish/Chris,
Please make sure that you disable “Use Red Rocket if available”. If that is enabled and a rocket is available, it is using the rocket instead of GPU (even if GPU for Red Debayer is enabled).
Thanks,

Bill,
You mentioned that you are trying to relink to your original media. What format is your original media and how are you relinking to it?
I think your conform may not be matching up because your original clips have overlapping timecode but no reel information. Hence Resolve links with the first clip that has matching/overlapping timecode with the clip.
If your original media has the same filenames as the mxf/DNxHD files you created with but just different extensions, you could try using the “Ignore file extensions when matching” during your AAF import and point Resolve to the folder with originals.

Hi Eric,
Could you share the V9 project export so we can take a look?

July 1, 2013 at 10:32 am in reply to: Wrong parts of clips conform in Resolve via FCPX XML (multicam)Hi Rob,
It sounds like only the 4 shots using the Mark III clips from Atomos Ninja are not conforming correctly.
Could you do a quick check to see what the starting time code of one of these clips shows up as in Resolve (Media Library) and in FCPX. If they do not match, would it be possible for you to upload a sample that we can take a look at?
Thanks,

Hi Bill,
What is the source of the ProRes file? Could you run CaptureLogs.bat (Program Files\Blackmagic Design\DaVinci Resolve\CaptureLogs.bat) immediately after the crash and send it to us at davincihelp (at) blackmagicdesign (dot) com.
Thanks,

Hi Andrew,
Is this on Mac? Could you either try the Cmd+~ shortcut to switch between windows in the same app or go to the Mission Control view (F3 on most Mac keyboards).
Thanks,

We are looking into this as well. We have managed to run a GUI GPU + 2 GTX 690s in a Cubix chassis as well as 5 GTX 680s (1 GUI + 4 GPUs in Cubix).
So far we have not run into any issues. But we are still performing tests and will let you know what we find.
Thanks,
Anish
