clipped audio does sound better.

Motion has good text generators and drawing tools.
As for LT and STP media, you can install that stuff on another drive if you want to use it..Cheers

It’s your A-Pac setting, NOT your FCP setting.
For DVD, change your normalization in A-Pac to -31db (and lock with return)
to retain what you have in FCP.Cheers

It must be the Codec, and/or interlaced v. progressive scan, ( the comparison between FCP>Compressor and QT>Compressor was in the DVCPro-50 30p format ).
I could not get a gamma difference with DV PAL interlaced.Cheers
