Interesting idea. Which platform/s do you produce on, and on which will playback correctly and completely. Also what OS will allow this?

The difference is the ratio between non square and square pixels.
However this conversion will cause any images or videos with square pixels to look “squashed”. Therefore one should use 768×576 images in PAL projects.Cheers

If you still have DVDSP you may have Compressor also. Try exporting a self-contained movie file from Premiere and use Compressor to write your m2v file. For a short 35 minute file use CBR at the highest rate. Should fit into a Single sided DVD-R.
