You can use Video4YouTube for this task (it is free). If you do not use YouTube, you can simply render a project (in the selected resolution and quality) and send the file to a client.

What do you mean by “Match Aspect Ratio”. I believe it is “Maintain Aspect Ratio” switch or you talking about “Match Output Aspect” command in Pan/Crop window?

Hi Gilles,
Select Options > Customize Keyboard. Then type Edit.Event.Mute in the search box and assign a shortcut for this command (For example Ctrl+Alt+M). Click OK.
Now you can mute/unmute all selected events with a keystroke. -
You might want to use special programs such as Radmin. You can remotely control your computer in the office from anywhere

Save all stills as a separate Vegas project and nest it (insert this project to the timeline like any other video clip) to the main project.
