Make a copy of your circle spline, scale it up, check the “tangential” box in the align tag, then drag your scaled spline into the rail spline box.

I’d say those are the best options. You can also get the Exteriors plant collection from Maxon, which includes low-poly (alpha-mapped) trees and plants. Quite good from long to medium distance, but not so great for closeups.

Not possible, I’m afraid. What you’re asking for is commonly referred to as Xrefs, or blocks, and Cinema doesn’t support them as yet.

Little hint: you can turn it off on a per-viewport basis by right-clicking on the option and selecting “Local”. Actually, that works for all the display filters.

It’s probably the MIP filter used in the texture. Try changing the filter to Square or None.
