    if you restart holding down the C key on the keyboard while the dick is in the drive it will force the computer to boot off of the optical drive

    iDVD and DVD SP do not burn “Data Disks”
    I believe the build in disk buner will work fine

    I knew they have added HDV support in FC Express, but I dont think it can do DVCPRO

    Once you set them to the new location it will only put any newley captured video there

    Yea wasnt shure if he was refering to OSX’s utility or the controls on the monitors them self.

    I would doout it would be the graphica card though, but try swapings the monitors to the oppisite DVI conection on the Graphics card. If the one with the yellow tint still has it, then it is not the card.

    I have two identical LCD screens myself and there is a slight difference between the two

    In the Top menu click on Final Cut Pro then system setings to set your scratch disc

    I recomend you create a new folder on whatever drive you want to work off of for each different project and change your scratch disk when ever you work on a different project. that way all your captures video render files, autosave files for one project are all located in one place,

    Did you just move the bin folder or have you changed the capture bin target in FCP

    Another option before you run out and buy a calibration device

    I am guessing that the asjusting you have done is with the immage controls on the monitor itself. If you go into system preferences under display you can do some color calibration there also
