This is quite sime animation ti achieve. What you need is a movie of a clouds generated as a track matte or an luminance mask on the text. This will enable you to make the text disappear as in some of the shots. Some of the text is placed in a interesting positions giving you a fell they are in 3d. You can try to keyframe size of the text to go larger or smaller depending what is happening in the shot. If you have HD 1920 then you can try to place text and the footage in the same group and use behavior to make them go smaller. In one o the shots text just gets blured but it us matching a perspective of the footage. I would use 3D options of motion to achieve this.

You can however place your footage into Final Cut Pro, then cut the part you want to edit in final cut pro, then select the cut you want to edit in Apple Motion, then right click and use option send to motion project, this will enable you to do what you have asked.
    Good luck

You can, select the layer you do not want to be affected by light, then go to properties of your text layer, then under the lighting tab switch the shading to off.

    I hope this helps.

All you have to do is limit this group with the emitter to fixed resolution.

Select the group with your emitter then go to inspector, then check the box that says Fixed Resolution. This will crop the emitter size to your canvas size, then render you will not get the message that emitter is to big to render.

Let me know if this helps

Have you tried to see what is the codec of your movies in Quicktime. Open the movie in Quicktime and go to Window/Movie Properties and check that you have saved your movies Animation codec with Millions of Colours + (+ being alpha channel). Or the same would apply to Apple Pro Res 4444 where + would be an alpha. I recently had a problem with Quicktime, I fixed my problem by reinstalling Quicktime from Apple Website.

Also maybe you need to re-ender your movies making sure that it is with Animation + codec.

Let me know how did you get on.

You do not have to have Illustrator installed. However you must have this file as RGB rather than CMYK, just follow Stephens Instructions please. What might happen was that your file from a client is corrupted, and therefore you need to be able to open it in Illustrator to re save it into .ai file. If you do not have Adobe illustrator than try opning this file in Graphic Converter (https://www.lemkesoft.com/) and then resaving it into .ai.

Should all fails you need to ask your client to zip the file before they send it to you and you need to tell them to save it in RGB colour mode.

Let me know what happened please
