There are two ways you can do this, the easiest, but sometimes not the best way, is to right click on the track and go to LOOP PROPERTIES … In the upper left corner of the properties page you will see a small box that says ENABLE LOOPING, left click in the box and hit OK … Now if you go to the lower right hand corner of the clip LEFT CLICK & HOLD while draging to the right it will loop your clip for you … Drag until you get the legnth you want … Make sure that the begining and the end of the original track starts and stops where you want all the tracks to start and stop from … With this being background noise I would say that this is the best method to use ……….. Audition doesn’t have the automation that you have described but if it’s cool graphics that you are looking for stick with what you are used to, but if you are looking for a professional user friendly audio editing program then Audition is what you want … Adobe purchased this program, (used to be Cool Edit Pro) because they wanted the best home video editing package possible and they knew that the current audio editing feature in APP needed help … Happy New Year to you also ….. Yes, you can, but the problem is that when you change time you change pitch so if you speed it up the pitch will get higher …

I could be missing what you are looking to create, but it sounds like the vocal is just doubled meaning the vocalist just came back and sang with the original vocal … I have done things where I have had a bit of verb on the main vocal and took dry copies and panned one left 70 and right 70, on these vocals I added a chorus effect and mixed them in 2 to 3 db lower than the original vocal which gave me a very similar effect of what you are looking to create … You may have to experiment with the type of chorusing you want, I believe I used the ACOUSTIC DUET setting in the delay effects menu ……… WILLIE

You need a serious update on your computer … Win 2000 kind of sucked as an operating system … I would go back to the older programs until you can get a better system together … WILLIE

I have used the PV-GS120 to film my fishing show for the last year and it had done well … There are a lot of things that I have had to work around, but all in all I give it a 90% and the PV-GS150 is
a good platform to start honing your skills … I just purchased a
AG-DVC 30 and if you can afford to go a bit more (1400 to 1700 on E-bay depending on the package) it’s well worth it … I would also check E-bay for the 150 and or 250 package … The difference between the two to me isn’t worth spending the extra money on the 250 … WILLIE -
Two different computers and the same problem would lead me to believe the disk may be suspect … What are the spec’s on your computers …….. WILLIE

Did you try saving the file out of Fuity loops as a PCM WAVE file and then importing it into Audition ……. WILLIE

I have been using this program for 8 years and I find it very user friendly, you won’t be disapointed … I am pretty much self taught but I have heard that “Using Audition” by Ron Dabbs is good …
