    Ragnar,

You can change the sample rate on the edit side of Audition … P Pro will change it when you render also … WILLIE

    William,

I have mixed 32k, 41,4k, and 48K and have never had this problem before … You are right to go to 48K and I would suggest that you stick with it … Sorry that there isn’t a clear answer for you … Please let us know what you find out ……. WILLIE

    William,

The 48K is just the sample rate and has nothing to do with the speed of the recording … I think you need to look elsewhere …

The white cursor goes back to where ever the yellow starting position is set unless you hit the pause button … Unfortunately there isn’t a keyboard shortcut for this so you will have do a left click on your mouse … Audition may not have all the keyboard shortcuts you are used to in P Pro, but P Pro can’t touch it when it comes to audio editing ……………. Aharon,

If you go to the edit side click on EFFECTS>TIME/PITCH>PITCH BENDER, you can raise or lower pitch ……….. WILLIE

    Sam,

You are doing it right, but I think you are confusing pitch with speed … The effect is only present in the multi track side and is not mixed down to the track until you do the actual mixdown … When you make a clip shorter it speeds up the sound, but it’s in the same pitch … On the converse side of this world, when you stretch a clip it slows the voice and or music down but as when you shorten it, the pitch still remains the same ………. Chad,

Willie here,Email me a sample clip … I am thinkin it may be your wireless but not sure … In any recording you should have a mic that is hard wired and not wireless … Email clip to loganonestudio@aol.com and lets see if we can’t fix the problem …
