Activity Forums Adobe Audition Indicator problem

I know I should be able to figure this out but I just can’t. Nor can I find it in the instructions so I need to ask.

When playing audition the indicator line travels across the screen. When I hit the
spacebar to stop playing the indicator goes back to its’ previous position.

What I want is for it to stop right where it was when I hit the space bar.

Stuff like this makes me want to do all of my audio editing in Premiere.

    Thanks in advance.

The white cursor goes back to where ever the yellow starting position is set unless you hit the pause button … Unfortunately there isn’t a keyboard shortcut for this so you will have do a left click on your mouse … Audition may not have all the keyboard shortcuts you are used to in P Pro, but P Pro can’t touch it when it comes to audio editing …………….
