I think you are missing the OpenEXR_channel_map.txt file.

Press MM with the layer selected and animate the mask path.
Or you can use Rotobrush tool which is an easy way to key out objects from a footage.

You have to animate the Mask Path for the whole animation.

In Output Module Settings, Choose QuickTime as Format and H.264 as Format Option in Video Output.
This will create a .mov file with video codec H.264.

In the render settings, change the Time Span to Length of Comp and make you Comp duration to what you want to render in the composition settings.
Just an alternate way to render.

You can use a shortcut to see all the frames in timeline after reloading the footage.
Go to the end of layer and press ” Alt/Optn + ] “.
