It seems that all lighting effects are natural. May be few of them(though I don’t think so) are composited in post. The lighting effects are because of the way that place has been lit. My guess is a filter has been used to create this kind of lighting effect and changing the focus of camera(lights are out of focus). You will get a better result if you achieve this while shooting the video.

AE already has one of the best plugin collections. For eg – Cycore Effects, Keylight, Color Finesse, inbuilt 3D Camera Tracker and many more.
There are certain plugins which are free and come in handy like
Knoll’s Unmult, Magic Bullet Colorista, Video Copilot’s Presets and many more.

With an adjustment layer I added a drop shadow and a “Change to color” effect. kept he to color consistent until the entire group of states is the same color.
You can apply FILL EFFECT to change the overall color. Follow Darby’s advice on not applying Drop Shadow to an adjustment layer.
