The project is very complex. There are several effects, many Precomps and expression and nesting of compositions which is making the render slow.
You can Pre-Render certain elements specially Flares or use Proxies which will reduce the time needed to calculate them again and again.

If there is not much movement and the trackers are clearly visible, then AE’s native tracker would be enough for this job. But if there is motion blur(I don’t think it would be there) and AE’s native tracker is giving jerky track and you need to go for manual adjustment then its better to go for Mocha AE as it is much powerful than AE’s Tracker.

There is nothing that can’t be done in After Effects. All animation can be done using using Masks, Track Mattes, 3D plugins line zaxwerks 3d flag or Element 3D, Keying Green Screen Footage, Tracking and using native AE Effects.

So you want to select all the key frames of all the layers? Is that what you want?

You can shorten your animation by selecting all the key-frames that you want to change and then ALT/OPTN + dragging the last one.
you can select all the key frames of a parameter say position by selecting the parameter in the Timeline. Another way is select the layer, press UU to show all the keyframes and the press ” Cntl + Alt + A ” . Now you can change all the keyframes in one go by alt dragging the last one.

Shooting Procedure:
Go for Chroma Shoot as Keying is much easier than Rotoscoping specially if the characters are dynamic.

You may have to Mask out the element(that you need as silhouettes) and then an effect like FILL or RAMP would help.

I am concerned that somewhere I am effecting the image quality if I change the PAR or am I mistaken?
It won’t affect the quality.
