(1.00) is the pixel aspect ratio of your footage. It means your footage has square pixels.
Press ” Cmnd/Cntrl + K ” or Go to Composition>Composition Setting.
There you will see ” PIxel Aspect Ratio ” under Basic.
Make sure it is “Square Pixel”. In your case I think it is D1/DV NTSC Widescreen(1.21).

Select your two key frames, Right Click and choose Key Frame Interpolation. Make sure both Temporal Interpolation and Spacial Interpolation is set to Linear.

You can just reverse the animation by Pre-composing all the layer. Select the Precomp and press ” Cntrl/Cmnd + Alt/Optn + R”.

You can add some cloud in foreground and instead of uniform white fog it will be better if you will use cloud shapes with different pattern going downwards.
Next you can add a little bit of wiggle to the camera to show the shaky movement will enhance the speed effect.Vishesh Arora

Duplicate the main footage and try to mask out your main character from it. Then place it above the Original footage.

1. To create light lasers, You can use ” Beam ” Effect in Generate menu.

3. To create stars in BG, you can use ” Fractal Noise “.
4. For stars coming towards the screen, you can add “Glow effect” in “Star Shape” and displace it in Z-space by making it a 3d object.
You can also use Red Giants Trapcode particular for creating stars.
5. To fill the letters, you can use “Write-on effect”.If you don’t know how to use the effects mentioned then just simply search the tutorial in youtube for each effect and you will be able to make this intro.
