1. To create light lasers, You can use ” Beam ” Effect in Generate menu.
2. To create text, here is a tutorial for that which will give you similar effect:

3. To create stars in BG, you can use ” Fractal Noise “.
4. For stars coming towards the screen, you can add “Glow effect” in “Star Shape” and displace it in Z-space by making it a 3d object.
You can also use Red Giants Trapcode particular for creating stars.
5. To fill the letters, you can use “Write-on effect”.

If you don’t know how to use the effects mentioned then just simply search the tutorial in youtube for each effect and you will be able to make this intro.
