It works as long as the corner is generated by Effect > Stylize > Round Corners.

I think you want to create a Clipping Mask.
Select your vector shape and your image, then Object > Clipping Mask > Make.
Note, the vector must be on top of the image.Vince

It’s not really clear to me, what the desired effect is.
To the original post, the only trick I’d offer is to use the Direct Select tool, so you can ‘lasso’ the path point and the circle in one action, then drag both to the new location. It really doesn’t take that much time to click your mouse 100 times.
It sounds like the OP was looking for something that would somehow just know what path to draw, then put a circle at each point in the path.In theory, some expert knowledge of Javascript could help, but you’d need to better specify the challenge.
If you search ‘illustrator scripts’ or ‘illustrator scripts random’, you might find a script that does something similar.
If you’re just looking for random scatter, that can be achieved with a custom brush.

Almost there.
It just like like your overshooting your horizontal lines a little bit.
Tighten them up a bit.
I noticed a specific step, as I redrew the logo…
In the end, you’ll have 4 vector objects.
But before you expand them (or, Outline > Stroke) set the paths to use: Round Cap and Miter Joint, in the Stroke palette.You can Shift + Eyedrop to pull the exact colors from the raster image.

Hi Naveen – Yes, it should be relatively simple. Do you have any experience using Illustrator?
You’d use the Ellipse Tool.
Then you could use the Scissor Tool to cut the circles in half, and drag them apart.
Then you could connect them, to add the straight lines, with the Pen Tool.
However, don’t join the 4 corners that have the overlay effect (you can join then, but you’ll have to cut them later).After your structure is complete, you can adjust the stroke weights in the Stroke Palette.
This is also where you would add the rounding effect to the points.After your rough shapes are correct, duplicate the structure and Object > Expand.
Now you can start working on the gradients.
Save your color swatches.
Add them to the objects using the Gradient palette.You’ll use the Transparency palette to achieve the overlay effects, at the 4 corners and the 2 section where the arches overlap. Though, I’m not sure which transparency mode you’ll need. Just try them all, until you find the correct one.
I may have missed some steps, but let us know.

1a) Select one of the filled items on your artboard and Select > Same > Fill color, then apply a new swatch – see 1b below.
1b) Save the Pantone swatches to your document’s Swatches palette. And, from the Swatches drop-down menu, Open Swatch Library > Color Book > Pantone Solid Coated. This is where you can find swatches to replace your black and white.
2a) This might depend on your document settings, but presuming all of the strokes are the same weight, you can select one and Select > Same > Stroke weight, then set the appropriate weight in the Stroke palette.
If, however, you have Scale Stroke and Weights enabled in your preferences they might all be different weights, in which case Select Same Weight may not work, but Select > Same > Stroke Color might.2b) Once the strokes are selected, you set the weight in the Stroke palette.
I’m not sure about the ‘flood’ reference. Is your black or white intended to represent the color of your print medium/surface? If so, I’d supply artwork that doesn’t have a color in those areas.
If you can, do a color test print before sending to the printer.
