Also, turning motion blur on will lengthen your render time but you’ll get smooth moves for sure.

You can isolate multiple colors with multiple passes – use a color keyer to isolate red, one for blue and so on. Obviously you need multiple layers of the same shot comped on top of each other.

It is always best to render audio in a audio only format- wav or aiff.Do that and you should have no problem- just match the settings of your audio file and AE comp.
As far as AE- it is not really meant for audio mixing, use a editing program like Premiere or Final Cut to mix your final video and audio.Tudor “Ted” Jelescu

I really don’t see why you want to use 3d stroke for your animation- you could do that just with vector art and simple AE animation…

All Dave said is true, I second that. However since you’re probably stuck with the shot, here’s what I would do: definitely not a sky replace (it would be a lot of work for a not so great result). I presume you have the palm trees masked out. If so, duplicate the footage, apply mask on the top layer(so that you see the street and trees only) and color correct the layer below for the sky. There’s a number of ways to go based on how much info is in your source footage, but from the looks of it I would try to tint it blue and see if I can bring in more mid tones. So basically a color correction job (I highly recommend Magic Bullet Colorista)

This all sounds really strange- try saving the project that works under a different name and post also on the adobe forums, maybe someone there can give you more input.
