I am confused with the nature of your request- are you asking for guidance on how to do the effects or for help to do them? If you need someone to help you then post this request in the jobs section on the COW.

First- I think you’re responding to the other post, second, there is a tutorial on the videocopilot site – watch that, it should give you all that you need.

Besides upgrading your hardware there are things you can do, but that depends on the project.
Rendering passes can help. For example you can apply a motion blur pass and color grading after you render other effects first, instead of trying to render all with motion blur and grading.

  • Use Newton to give it a more realistic look of interacting with a floor/ground

Take footage of a real gazelle jumping, track using using Mocha and the apply track on letters

Use Duik tools or AE’s new animator features to create puppets from your letters and link them as a skeleton – then animate the whole thing and have the move affect all letters as a whole…
That’s what comes to mind for now.

  • Light Saber from videocopilot makes it really easy to add a burning edge:

you can play around with many other options like particle generators, compositing fx footage elements (smoke and fire) and so on, but the above is the fastest and easiest way I know of.

  • Contact Mettle for this – Chris Bobotis or one of his guys should be able to help.

track the private parts area, link track data to a Solid layer that has a feathered mask drawn to create a shape that covers the area you need to blur, then use that layer as a track matte on a Adjustment layer that has a blur effect applied to it.

Seeing the footage would help, but the basic idea is that you need to create a 3d model of the person, create a transition btween the live actor to the 3d model (rendered to look like a statue, and then explode that- in the 3d package or using particular in AE.

look for 2.5 d animation tutorials – plenty out there.

Like Dave said, you need to create your elements in PS or AI, layer them and then set them in 3d space in AE (I would use 3d layers instead of a plugin like Card Dance) and then create a camera move- simple travel on z axis to reveal the final image.

It would be helpful to know what version of Windows you’re running and the specs of your machine- processor, RAM, hdd setup…
Also, you may want to post this on the Adobe forums.
