There is a Transfer tool available. It allows you to transfer one object to another object’s position, rotation and scale.
If you are using R13, it is under TOOLS>ARRANGE OBJECTS>TRANSFER
Select the object you want to transfer, then select the tool, then click on the object with the position and such you want to use. It won’t delete the original object, but it will save you time from having to copy and paste all of those coordinates.
I seem to recall a plugin that enabled you to swap objects, just can’t seem to find it.
Hope that helps.

No problem. It’s new in R13, so some people haven’t come across it yet.
The help file for Cinema 4D is one of the best I’ve ever used. I can’t honestly say that I’ve studied it that much, but when I’ve had a question, it can usually answer it.
Good luck and have fun!

In R13 you have options as to how it navigates.
In preferences under navigation, you can select various options.
From the help:
Cursor
The camera will rotate around the selected object point. If you click on an empty region of the scene, the camera will rotate around the screen center at the depth of the last defined POI. This is the recommended mode.
Center
The camera will rotate around the screen center. When approaching the POI, it can occur that the camera freezes in very close proximity of the POI (the POI does not move with the camera).
Object
The camera will roatet around the center of the selected objecs/elements. This reflects the navigation behavior prior to CINEMA 4D R13.
Camera
The camera will rotate around its own axis. It will rotate only and not move.
Hope that helps.

In the extrude nurb there is a checkbox labeled hierarchical. Checking that will make all of your paths extrude.

March 25, 2012 at 8:08 pm in reply to: Camera movement problem attached with spline in Cinema4DCould you simplify by creating a spline that curves the way you want it to (drawn using bezier spline tool), use a sweep nurb (with a circle) to create the tube and then use the same spline again to animate your camera?

I think you’ll need to add your sound to your file using a “special track” in the timeline.
I have a tutorial on my site:
Adding sound to Cinema 4D renderHope that helps.

Not to talk you out of using Cinema, but is there a reason you don’t just do it IN after effects?

Assuming you are using R13, you can change it in preferences:
Edit>preferences>navigation>camera mode__________
