Hypernurbs have a setting for editor and renderer. If the editor setting is not set right, you will not see the results until you render.

Hmmm. What codec are you using for Quicktime?
Maybe do a short test render using another codec for Quicktime, and/or using another format altogether?

Just to be clear…
You render to picture viewer and when it completes, the QuickTime file that is written to your hard drive only contains the last 10+ seconds?
But in the picture viewer you can see that it has rendered ALL of the frames you wanted?
